Memorial - Charles Schreiber Charlie seemed to us an ordinary Christian man with the same trials and temptations as any other Christian. Through his years he was faithful to the church he attended, served on church boards and taught bible classes. He had the gift of giving so he was faithful to give to the ministries of the church. After Linda (his wife) survived a massive stroke she was unable to get to the church on her own. Charlie took her to church and to the women’s group meetings that she loved so well. He took her out to eat, to the beach and fishing pier and even took her on trips to see family and friends. In other words, he tried to make her life as normal as it could be. He was kind and caring, always considerate of Linda and her needs. Sometimes he overwhelmed Linda with his attentions. Anyway, he sacrificed his own wants and needs to minister to Linda even to the sacrifice of his own health. In this manner he was unusual, anything but an ordinary man or Christian. He showed unconditional love and servitude to Linda in an extraordinary manner. What a testimony and example to fellow believers! Thank you, Charlie for taking such good care of my sister. You will be remembered for this and for other cherished memories. We loved you Charlie and will miss you! Your sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jan Armpriester Jim Armpriester
